Tranquility
asks for your help respecting the serene and relaxing environment
for all our guests. We ask that you do not use cell phones in the
spa area and keep to a minimum use in the hair salon. |
Customer
Care & Comfort : |
Please
feel free to let us know if at any time you would prefer to switch
to another team member for any of our services. Your comfort and
accommodation is our primary and collective goal. |
Children: |
We welcome
children for their own appointments. For insurance purposes, children
are not allowed in ANY service area, unless they have an apppointment
We ask that children who do not have an appointment be accompanied
by an adult to ensure that proper behavior is being exhibited. |
Appointments: |
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to all skin/body care, massage, and first-time
hair color treatments. This will allow us to obtain the information necessary
to provide you with customized service. |
Cancellation
& Lateness: |
Multiple
service appointments must be confirmed with a major credit card or
a gift number. We understand that sometimes there is no choice but
to change or cancel an appointment. Our salon and spa requests 24
hour notice for all appointment changes.
If a customer should not show or cancel his or her appointment in excess
of 3 or more times , the credit card on file will be charged 50% of
that service which was scheduled. |
Prices: |
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices for hair/waxing/facial/body
services vary according to hair lengths, thickness, product use. |
Returns: |
Any
unused product may be returned. Used products may be exchanged for
other products in the spa and salon. |
Tipping: |
Gratuities
are not included in any gift package, spa or salon service.
Standard gratuity is 15% / good 20% very good / 25% excellent |
